Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject from any reputed/UGC approved local or foreign university.
- Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) is preferred.
Experience

- At least 15 years

- Age At least 40 years
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a high-volume, centralized Trade Processing center.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ability to achieve team goals, problem solving ability and flexibility.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and develop high-performing Trade Finance Operations and Branch Banking teams, fostering excellence and customer-focused service.
- Drive KPI achievement through effective performance management and strategic initiatives aligned with global trade and regulatory trends.
- Oversee end-to-end Trade Finance operations, optimizing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and faster turnaround.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable local and international trade regulations.
- Strengthen risk management practices to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate across business functions to support sustainable growth and enhance customer experience.
