As a Sales Associate at Aarong, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of empowering artisans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise.
- Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendation as needed.
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals.
- Manage back store operations.
